Every piece is handmade and while it is microwave and dishwasher safe, please do so at your own hands. I usually handwash my mugs and bowls, and on occasion put a heavier item into the dishwasher. I often put my mugs in the microwave because who wants to drink a lukewarm cup of coffee?!

All pieces are refundable and returnable if a friend does not like the gift, but of course, it needs to be in the condition that it was bought, ie.,

no cracks or anything broken on the item.
